"Time saver for you and your customers"
What do you like best about LogRocket? The fact that u can actually see what happened before or during an error occurence. Activity leading up to certain actions are very valuable and time saving. Insight in how user behaves on the web application is ideal for UI improvements and findingchoke point on performance. "Great product that is easy to set up, but pricing hurts for small companies"
What do you like best about LogRocket? Easy set up with an npm package and a single init function. Great documentation on how to set up privacy santizers and other features. Unrelated to the product, but they also have a great blog for developers. What do you dislike about LogRocket? No intermediate paid tier for companies between 1,000 and 10,000 monthly sessions. What do you like best about LogRocket? Our ability to troubleshoot bugs and customer usability issues has improved a thousandfold with LogRocket and at a surprisingly low price. Overall APM resourcing and time invested has fallen dramatically thanks to the ease with which problems can be identified, tracked, and isolated. What do you dislike about LogRocket? "Excellent Frontend Logging"
What do you like best about LogRocket? We originally implemented LogRocket to keep track of what users were doing in the frontend of our SaaS application, but later added it to our website, blog, support site and elsewhere in order to get a better understanding of what users are doing and how we can better serve them. What do you like best about LogRocket? The ability to view the session recording. What do you dislike about LogRocket? The information on the API requests do not include all the query parameters and header information, which would be helpful for debugging. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Reproducing bugs in our web client application is much easier with LogRocket. Additionally, our design team using sessions to influence UX.

What do you like best about LogRocket? The fact that we're able to record bugs in production. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I don't dislike anything as far as I worked with logrocket. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Mainly I use logrocket for faster bug finding in production.
