"Invaluable for Debugging"

What do you like best about LogRocket? The ability to view network requests on the client is beneficial in debugging issues. What do you dislike about LogRocket? Sometimes it can be hard to track a user over multiple sessions. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to view what a user did in a session gives me a massive headstart in debugging and has also helped improve the usability of our product.

What do you like best about LogRocket? Ability to see what the user sees including network activity and console logs. The slack integration in fantastic so we can immediately respond. What do you dislike about LogRocket? We have encountered sessions that are missing activity. Possibly due to ad blockers. "Time Saver And Source of Truth"

What do you like best about LogRocket? I like that before I even try to reproduce the issue with a customer, I can go in and see the exact steps a customer took to get to that issue. Even more, I can then inspect any errors right in LogRocket. Instead of wasting time asking questions and going back and forth on what our customer experienced, we can dive right in ourselves. What do you like best about LogRocket? I appreciate how specific our team can get with understanding how users move through our app. I find that the search filters when watching sessions is especially helpful. We also rely on issues to keep us up to speed with what needs attention. What do you dislike about LogRocket? LogRocket is a phenomenal tool, however to really get the most out of it, you'd want to upgrade to their pro plan (which we have not yet done) and it can be a hefty expense ...

I disliked the difficulty of getting access to my company's LogRocket organization. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?
