What do you like best about LogRocket? The session playback is very helpful and gives lots of insight into user activity. It has given us quite an idea of how to improve our UX as well. What do you like best about LogRocket? Very unique tool, it allows you to have centralised a video with the user actions, the logs and network request. This is amazing since we are developing webapps which is very complicated to debug on the mobile. What do you dislike about LogRocket? The lib still needs improvements, for example we are using ReactHooks, but it only supports Redux. We make it work using the same Events the lib is using for Redux, but is not the best way to do it. What do you like best about LogRocket? The ability to view a user using our product live has helped us support users with their immediate problems. What do you dislike about LogRocket? Their support has not been very helpful with some problems we experienced with JavaScript sourcemaps. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about LogRocket? Love being able to view client interactions to track down unusual bugs.
