What do you like best? Logi allowed my company to incorporate a reporting experience into our SaaS software which suited our specific needs that was flexible and easy to use. Logi Studio and all the provided examples allows the Logi developer to get up to speed very quickly! Logi's support and service are also excellent. What do you dislike? You can create reports fairly simply, but if you need additional flexibility there are a number of hooks in their API to meet a variety of needs. You can choose from a number of data sources. You can design your reports for the users or you have some options to allow the user to customize or even create their own reports. Logi continues to advance their products at a very quick pace. What do you like best? It's flexible and has a lot of features. Once you've worked with it for a while, it's fairly easy for a non-developer to use. What do you dislike? It's glitchy and requires the use of quite a few plug ins to do what seems like fairly standard things. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving the need for a self-service reporting tool for our customers.

What do you like best? It's easy to build and format reports without having to build an entire website from scratch. What do you dislike? For us, the cost of maintaining the license isn't worth it for the kind and amount of reporting we do.Our reports are not making use of the advanced features available in Logi. Feels hacked together, .NET based and way too many things that are just too hard to implement and require workarounds.
