Intuitive for basic reports and dashboards What do you dislike? beyond basics in dashboards can be quite cumbersome and not at all intuitive no migration path for dashboards created in older versions forcing much work to be completely recreated. "Very fustrating - support is very disappointing especialy for embedded solutions."

What do you like best? Can be configured to do almost anything at the cost of large complexity. What do you dislike? Because it can be configured to do almost anything, nothing is easy to build. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you can allocate a lot of resources (or money) to the project. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? It's a robust reporting tool. The good thing about this tool is we were able to incorporate it into our existing environment. What do you dislike? Support could use improving. "Good product for reporting, not that good for BI"

What do you like best? Easy to use to produce reports and graphs. IMHO it's not really a BI product. It could be more focused on multidimensional structures. Excellent support organization. What do you dislike? it is poor in multidimensional analysis. It used to have a very good pricing policy, but in the last couple of year it is less competitive with other similar tools. What do you like best? Usage model, ability to integrate into our current application, speed to releasing new reports is excellent. Charts are easy to setup and the drill through features are nice although a bit cumbersome to implement. Support is helpful and responsive What do you dislike? difficulty in styling different elements, confusion over when to use tags and when text/javascript functions.
