"Very fustrating - support is very disappointing especialy for embedded solutions."

What do you like best? Can be configured to do almost anything at the cost of large complexity. What do you dislike? Because it can be configured to do almost anything, nothing is easy to build. What do you like best? Easy to use to produce reports and graphs. IMHO it's not really a BI product. It could be more focused on multidimensional structures. Excellent support organization.
