Sara did a great job with the onboarding process. There is a lot to calibrate and understand when starting with a platform management software and she was very helpful and patient in helping me understand everything. We have yet to get direct bookings through our website using their software, but we are hopeful and so far so good with everything else!

Lodgify had me when I found out an assisted onboarding process is mandatory for the paid subscriptions. All this said to me was they are serious about creating and controlling for amazing customer experiences. The tool is super robust and marvelously meets all of my needs.

Miha was really helpful and patient and explained everything very clearly. The recorded calls are great to be able to go back on as it is a lot of info to take in. Would definitely recommend!

Gerard was incredible and Lodgify is beyond amazing! I was using another PMS company and had zero bookings. Switched to Lodgify Friday and I have 5 new bookings since the switch (had 1 with the other company and had been using them for 2 weeks with little to no help). Gerard helped me every step of the way from making the switch, hooking up my channels internally and helped me build my website!!!

Great for even people with small properties
We have a small property that we allow staff members to book and we needed to move in to the digital world when it comes to bookings. We decided to go with lodgify because of the free trail, simple to use, user friendly and the support team are on hand to help. Overall really happy so far.
