Good employees

Andrew was wonderful during the onboarding process. He answered our questions and helped get us into the system as quickly as possible. He was polite, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. His associate, Sara Mancuso, was also great. Both people are perfect representations of a good employee in customer relations.

George helped me during the onboarding process. He was exemplary with explaining how the site worked and some of the fixes that needed to be done. He was organized and sent his notes immediately after. I could tell it was important to him that I understood certain features. From how he handled this, I am hoping that lodgify will be available until I am confident I can navigate on my own. He did explain I can search for answers first which is helpful. Margarida is a fabulous resource

Margarida is a fabulous resource to learn the ins and outs of Lodgify. She is very thorough and a wonderful teacher. She is patient and very knowledgable of the program and answered all my questions quickly and showed me how everything works.
