I’m just going through onboarding with Julia from Lodgify and she has been INCREDIBLE! As has the team working in the background. They have answered my questions, followed through on what they said they would do, and made the system make sense to me. They are professional, on time & friendly. They know this business inside & out. Lodgify is my 4th PMS, and is the most user friendly of all. Very pleased so far with what the system can do and how smoothly it all jives together.
