The service was great

The service was great! There were a total of 2 video chats, each lasting over 1 hour. The Lodgify system is very complex and it shows you many ways to optimise my business. I am thrilled!!!

Good support and interface

The integration process was smooth and I felt comfortable moving forward with all the support Lodgify offered. The direct booking builder was also user-friendly. And the cost structure was much more straightforward than some of the offerings out there.

The onboarding process with Cristina…

The onboarding process with Cristina was great. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I'm not a tech person and she explained things in a way that helped understand. I'm sure I'll have more questions for the support team going forward. My hope is I will experience the same level of assistance as with Cristina.

my on boarding specialist was fantastic. I really appreciated the ability to share screen so I could walk through all of the functions of the site and real time. I have also found all of the Lodgify members to be very responsive whenever I need help or have a question.
