Unfixable bug meant I had to go elsewhere
After using Livedrive for at least 5 years it stopped working on my PC, I contacted support but the only option was something way too complicated for me to do, so I was left with no back up in place. I've had to switch to another provider so I can't give them a good rating based on this.

Livedrive as a solution doesn't actually work. If you have important data on livedrive then I strongly suggest you back it up somewhere else. We have used livedrive for many years and over time whenever we have needed to do a restore we have always run into problems.To restore your data by downloading it, simply takes forever. It is extremely slow. There are often errors with files that have been uploaded and therefore they are essentially lost forever. There is no option to get data ...

I've used Livedrive for years
I've used Livedrive for years, and recently had to fit a new hard drive to my PC. I have over 3tb of backed up data and so dreaded the fact I might have to upload it again. I didn't but it did cause some issues and so had to get into the support system to get it fixed. Long story short, lots of back and forth but all professional, helpful and to a final successful conclusion. I have been a LiveDrive customer for…
I have been a LiveDrive customer for many years, backing up thousands of files and forgetting about them. Now when I need those files it turns out a good number of them can not be downloaded. Support acknowledged that this was an issue on their side but never got back to me with a solution. Clearly, those files are gone forever. Would NOT reccommend
Would NOT reccommend. I was a paying customer of livedrive for several years, before they randomly shut down my account, thus deleting everything I had stored on the cloud. Disgusting. All the postive reviews are shills.

Livedrive Blah Blah Scam
I have never used livedrive nor requested it but keep getting emails telling me to please unsuspended (their spelling not mine) my account so my computer is safe from fraud attacks blah blah. What a joke, no way am I even going to consider using a UK based company that Ive not even looked at online

Excellent product and good customer service
I have been using Livedrive for a number of years now, both through work and, more recently, at home. The majority of customers that I deal with and have Livedrive are very happy with the service and it creates an affordable and, on the whole, dependable backup solution for them. On a personal note I have three PCs reliant on Livedrive for data backup and the platform works senselessly. When it works, it's OK, but ...
When it works, it's OK, but if something goes wrong as is had, I am talking to sales because even though I have a business account, there is no way to speak to support and as it happened they not there "at the moment" (3 pm UK time). This is not the first time they have no clue what is going on, and to me, it will be the last I hope before I move somewhere else. NOT recommended at all
