What do you like best about Listrak? We have a fantastic Account Manager who is incredibly thorough in our monthly meetings and offers helpful strategy tips, both for immediate results and longer-ranging goals/projects. Any time we've had to contact support, they've been incredibly helpful and responsive. What do you dislike about Listrak? What do you like best about Listrak? Listrak's platform is incredibly intuitive and allows the user to tweak messages to properly suit campaign objectives. I like the ability mix and match email and SMS campaigns in our flows to constantly be a top-of-mind brand for our consumers in our industry. The website carousels never seem to load correctly and cause load time issues. What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you? The triggered and recurring automated capabilities are driving significant new-found revenue for us.

She's a rockstar who pushes through our requests and tracks any support tickets or tickets placed with GXP. In addition, GXP makes automated campaigns easy to implement and maintain.
