What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? There has been a lot of good improvements of the last several years. So if you wrote this one off in the past now's the time to look at it again. One of the big upgrades is product/inventory import. In the past it was mostly done by emailing list to support and having them import, but now this can be done by anyone with a great spreadsheet import options. What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? It's probably the most intuitive POS I've used. Very simple and easy with plenty of support articles. Support is also easy to get in contact with and they have always been patient and helpful.

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? I like how user friendly it is and how it virtually does everything we need. We’re more of a unique business where we do not stock product and with this POS system, I’m able to put in a special order, reminded to order with the supplier and even get notified to call the client/member once the product arrives in the warehouse.
