"Very user friendly"

What do you like best about Lightico? Being able to help the customer out even while you are on the phone with them. It is very user friendly and easy to use and time efficient. What do you dislike about Lightico? Not always getting a notification back that the form was sent back. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? It has made the turnaround time from when the customer receives the form to when we get it back a lot quicker and more efficient.

What do you like best about Lightico? its easy to set up documents for signatures. easy to send over document request from customers. the pre plan conversation is the best tool. we can set it up invite client and they can fill out on their own time. What do you dislike about Lightico? links expire after period of days and then we need to resend. this is a minor issue though. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? we are able to retrieve documents quickly and ...

When the customer has an option to choose between SMS and e-mail, to fill out the questionnaire, and that saves unnecessary paperwork What do you dislike about Lightico? Limit on question length / text box for information as a question What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? Customers claim that Form did not reach them on a cellphone
