This allows a customer to review what they're agreeing to in (close to) real time avoiding any sort of misunderstanding. Terms and conditions can be monotonous, especially when read out over the phone. People have a tendency to switch off or recall terms from memory. What do you like best about Lightico? Being able to help the customer out even while you are on the phone with them. It is very user friendly and easy to use and time efficient. What do you dislike about Lightico? Not always getting a notification back that the form was sent back. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? It has made the turnaround time from when the customer receives the form to when we get it back a lot quicker and more efficient.

What do you dislike about Lightico? there is nothing that I dislike about lightico. It is a very useful and efficient tool. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? There are no problems that I am solving with lightico because I have never had a problem with it.
