Being able to send messages to the customer through lightico, being able to show their price plans clearly, and share pre loaded details about devices What do you dislike about Lightico? Nothing to dislike as it all works efficiently. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? Data proctetion rules can be met by using this software

What do you like best about Lightico? The way you can share data securely and share screens. What do you dislike about Lightico? The way the connection is a bit unstable and client details have to be input to exit application. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? Issues around exiting the application and connection to the internet. Customers not seeing the content due to software differences and bars.

What I really like about Lightico is the simplicity on how you connect customers and are able to send them documents seamlessly without wasting time to look for things you have to forward to the customer.
