"Absolute time saver"

What do you like best about Lightico? Not having to read out all the asm's, customers like it and find really cool that we are able to do this now. Customers like being able to read all t's and c's for better comprehension of what they are signing up for. One customer i had was really impressed - he said he is a web designer and loves all new gadgets and systems and thought it's absolutely fantastic innovation that we took up as a company. What do you like best about Lightico? Sharing terms and conditions, being able to share spec sheets which can help the customer then make a decision to buy a product and service after seeing it and being able to read it especially if talking over the phone and doing it remotely. What do you like best about Lightico? The cohesion it creates with the client to be able to communicate information. Rather than reading text over the phone clients can see exactly what is being communicated to them What do you dislike about Lightico? "Very good system to share details with customers"

What do you like best about Lightico? Being able to send messages to the customer through lightico, being able to show their price plans clearly, and share pre loaded details about devices What do you dislike about Lightico? Nothing to dislike as it all works efficiently. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? Data proctetion rules can be met by using this software

What do you like best about Lightico? What I really like about Lightico is the simplicity on how you connect customers and are able to send them documents seamlessly without wasting time to look for things you have to forward to the customer. What do you like best about Lightico? The way you can share data securely and share screens. What do you dislike about Lightico? The way the connection is a bit unstable and client details have to be input to exit application. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? Issues around exiting the application and connection to the internet. Customers not seeing the content due to software differences and bars.
