What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to connect to customers digitally in an easy process.

What do you like best about Lightico? Easy use of the software and the way customers can interact. What do you dislike about Lightico? I like everything about it. There is 1 thing that I wish it wouldn't time out so fast so then you dont have to keep logging back into Lightico. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? Lightico makes taking payments faster and more secure. I like how you can send messages to the customers, just makes it more personal.

What do you like best about Lightico? how easy it is to use and the same as cust seeing it you can see when they are done and help them use it a it looks the same both ways What do you dislike about Lightico? that there are alot of errors and drops all the time so you cannot sue it What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? i have seen they make my call easy and quick as i dont need to ready anything out

What do you like best about Lightico? We received our documents through Lightico quickly and without any problems. Would highly recommend. What do you dislike about Lightico? Had to enable the cookies on my browser but no problems after that. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? Was able to quickly sign documents without having to physically go somewhere to sign them.

"great, works well for my job when i can send documents and images over to customers"

What do you like best about Lightico? the chat function if i cant understand a customer over the phone they can type what they say, being able to send pictures of the phones that are available to help the customer decide which colour they prefer or what features there are What do you dislike about Lightico? that i cant send my own images through it such as screenshots. it also tends to freeze sometimes, What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? sending documents over ...

I'm not a huge fan of the end part where you have to input the number again to say the sale was done, i think it would be a good idea to be able to autofill the number part with the customers number What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? sending terms and conditions are a breeze with lightico

It really makes the customer feel as though were taking extra measures to keep their details secure during a call and also cuts down half of the time it takes to place an order.
