What do you like best about Lightico? It saves so much time being able to send the customer the terms and conditions rather than read them out. So when they're reading through documents I can crack on with my work and make my call time as little as possible. What do you like best about Lightico? I like the options to quickly send messages to Customers while on the phone. I can answer any questions they may have on the spot and avoid confusion. What do you dislike about Lightico? I dislike that the signature is not centered on the document but that is just personal prefference. "Excellent way of visualising the experience of a sales journey for a customer."

What do you like best about Lightico? I like how Lightico allows you to remain compliant during a call, but the conversation flows more fluently. For me, being able to show the customer what they are buying, rather than going into it blind is amazing. The customer can see the specification of their new device and accessories, before saying yes or no. I enjoy how seamless this is to introduce to customers during a conversation. What do you like best about Lightico? The simple layout which makes it easy for our customers to review and accept documents. Inviting customers is very easy and fflexible with both text and email message options. Seems to be very reliable and rarely have issues on the platform. What do you like best about Lightico? i love that i can build all the documents i need with just a few clicks. from document building to sending the texts to customers for them to approve the documents and we can see what is going on so as to guide the customer and help if they have any issues. its a lifesaver during this lockdown as reading it all out can be one of the worst things in the world but to be able to get it all out in a singe message is great.
