Poor training opportunities
Poor training opportunities. We had to force a training for our staff and even now all that is available is online video training.

Lifesize is a very good videoconference system
Lifesize is a very good choice for videoconference system, best part is the integration with other players using the cloud system. Very little friction, how ever user friendliness could be improved, to have a Perfect evaluation.

Good Support, no big problems so far.
We are using 2 conferencerooms from lifesize and so far no problems.

Great quality but still not easy enough for alla users
Problems with choosing the right soundsource and other issues that the end-users have problems with degrades the rating slightly.

Good service
We purchased two Icon 400's and an Icon 600, along with our Lifesize Cloud subscription. Our needs are pretty simple and the system works well for us. I have concern going forward with changes to the cloud licensing model. It's going to nearly triple our annual cost and will require me to look at other solutions.

lower bandwidth locations suffer
Where bandwidth is available, Lifesize thrives and works perfectly. At some sites where we only have ADSL, we struggle to present PowerPoint or excel pages. We resort to Skype for business in these situations and dont understand why Skype performs better in low bandwidth situations vs Lifesize.
