Amazing ATS experience
We looked at many tools for tracking and managing our job reqs, applicants and hiring processes, and Lever was our favorite. Since we started using it, it's made our whole process much more streamlined and professional. The product is beautifully designed and is always improving, and their support has been very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Lever. The only enterprise software I recommend
These guys are great. Intuitive software that gets noticeably better every couple of weeks. Wonderful support. Every other ATS I looked at was a total bloated mess, I'm so glad I chose Lever.

Loving Lever
Lever is definitely the new way to recruit and manage all of your hiring needs. From your HR team to your hiring managers, Lever allows easy accessibility, and a clean user experience. Their CS is team is great, too! They continue to grow and innovate the platform, so I can't wait to see how they improve on an already great experience!

Lever is a fantastic ATS
Lever is really a well-designed, very well-thought-out product. It has dramatically improved the way in which we manage our candidate screening and hiring process internally. It's been awesome from an organization and workflow perspective. As we've grown, we've had to handle orders of magnitude more incoming resumes, multiple channels for finding out about new candidates, hiring for multiple roles simultaneously, etc. All this has been made a lot easier by Lever. Best ATS for moving fast, staying nimble
I'm a huge fan of Lever - having used greenhouse, jobvite, sonic, homegrown systems. The team is responsive, incredibly smart, and pushes the level of innovation for recruiting and reporting metrics. The platform is intuitive, clean, and candidate-centric so you cut down the redundancy of aligning to reqs, searching through them, etc. Focus on candidate experience is key to win in this game, and Lever sets you up for that.
