What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud? Ability to implement quickly and easily with out of the box functionality, and from there the sky is the limit - there is very little customization that can't be accomplished either declaratively or with a third-party app. The Lightning UX is clean and intuitive for both admins and end users.

What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud? Everything I need is in one place, from capturing data to organizing it to seeing what we are doing with it. Our leads are always organized, Marketing efforts are clear, and the team is on the same page. Training is always available, and the customer service is great. Right out of the box, it gets your sales team the information and resources they need all in one place with a straightforward implementation process. After that though, the sky is the limit in terms of what you can build out to fit your needs! Tons of training resources are available in the Trailblazer platform, and it can integrate with practically any API client.
