"Fun, easy and impactful"

What do you like best about LevelEleven? It's very easy to navigate with a lot of options to create sales engagement and an edge to your culture. The music videos are a great addition, pat software has only been songs. Leaderboards and custom splashes are great. What do you dislike about LevelEleven? What do you like best about LevelEleven? The biggest lesson that I learn when implementing new software is that there is always features that you end up overlooking or not even being aware of whatsoever. Brianna Burgess made sure that when training us on Channel 11 that we were not only aware of all the features the program has to offer but confident in our ability to use it. What do you like best about LevelEleven? The coaching module is excellent! It has allowed me to highlight areas of concern within my team and set daily/weekly goals to ensure targets are met. Contest setup can be difficult for users unfamiliar with Salesforce, you have to occasionally use custom fields/filters that will be difficult to grasp for an average user. What do you like best about LevelEleven? The real-time splashes help the team to celebrate wins when they happen. What do you dislike about LevelEleven? Set-up is a little challenging initially, but overall pleased. What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you? Coaching has been a challenge in the past, and LevelEleven has helped us zero-in on the metrics that need attention and keep them front-of-mind in between meetings.

What do you like best about LevelEleven? The Customer Success team is awesome, they are always ready to spend time with you. We have our monthly meetings, plus they are always ready to hop on a phone and help me troubleshoot. Very knowledgeable people. Melissa was our CSM for a while and she helped us to set up Processes in Salesforce foe Splashes. Very happy with our new CSM Brianna too! Also, our sales team loves it!
