When you advertise something as being free and the recipient takes several minutes to complete a lengthy questionnaire AND notices the word "Legal" in the title, anyone taking the time to fill out this lengthy questionnaire expects the document to be free. "Trust"pilot? Honestly? DIShonestly!

Print problems

All i want is one document. When I went to print the document all that was printed were 4 pages of order information. How do I print my document?

Needed help e signing my document

Called today because I was creating a early termination lease letter to get out if my current apartment 2 months earlier due to severe issues. I had trouble figuring out how to e sign the document and Angel helped me out and was very patient with me because I was having extreme anxiety even creating my document. So, all in all, Angel was great!

I googled Free .pdf to word doc…

I googled Free .pdf to word doc conversion and this site came up. I went to this site and realized this wasn’t what I needed and backed out immediately only to find 10 days later multiple charges totaling $39.95 on my CC. I never received any service from this company nor did I receive a receipt whatsoever until the 2 charges showed up on my card! I contacted the company right away and it was difficult to get the charges reversed, although I finally did today. I think my auto fill left my ...
