Dishonest as hell

Dishonest as hell. Shows up as "free" documents but requires a credit card to get the print-out you've wasted your time filling out. Do NOT use! An email to "discuss my concerns" over dishonest advertising -- right, as if I can't understand basic English. What a HUGE waste of time to type in all your info then have to give an obviously corrupt group a CC# to get a print out! What a scam!

I GIVE ZERO STARS. I would give this company a zero if I could for customer service. I used the service one-time on a trial basis. I missed the email they sent the same day stating following the 7-day trial I would be enrolled in a monthly subscription. I never received another email from them nor have I ever logged back into the account since the first time. I recently realized I've been paying them monthly for seven months, and the subscription price went up during that time without ...
