The representative wasn't pushy but took the time to ask what my needs were with the software when I called in to cancel my 7 day free trial. When she shared with me all of the features and functionality that Legal Templates had for me to utilize, I signed up for a monthly plan.

I thought I was signing up for an…
I thought I was signing up for an annual subscription for $39.95. It was monthly and I was charged 3 months worth. I realized my mistake and asked for a refund. Despite only using their service one time and only using 1 template, they were only to going to authorize a refund of 1 monthly charge. I disagreed with this outcome. No empathy when asked for refund
I forgot that I signed up for free trial, and the moment I was charged, I contacted them saying it was a mistake, and I asked for a refund. I assumed they would help because I was so quick to cancel, but all they care is they had the chance to charge you and it doesn't matter if you are not going to use the app. So if you are just trying out, don't forget to cancel it.
