What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like how easy it is to interact with residents and prospects. I appreciate the customer service anytime I need them, always helpful and fast! What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Nothing! I have not encountered a problem so far. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? I realized how fast and simple this program is. Whether I am using this on my desktop or cell phone, it is always the best.

"I love the way the system merges over to our OneSite. Makes it so easy!"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The prospect folders and the notifications! What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Not being able to answer incoming calls. I play phone tag all day working from home. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? I like being able to now know how to manage the person who views the message and being able to change it to the actual person dealing with the client.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Our team is fairly new to LeaseHawk. The sales team, training team, and implementation team is stellar. We have assistance every step of the way. It is very much appreciated! What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? It is not the easiest to get reports from Hawkeye BI. Certain reports require putting in Excel format which do not format nicely. What do you like best about LeaseHawk? That I can keep track of Prospects and they are added directly to One Site. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? EVERYTHING else. This program cannot properly transcribe a phone call. It is gibberish every time. When listening to calls, I have to go through the entire recorded message before hearing the actual messages from callers. The text messaging is useless because there are too few characters allowed to properly identify myself and say anything ...
