"Really enjoy all the benefits of Hawkeye-reporting timeliness needs work"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? All aspects of the Hawkeye platform is fantastic. I enjoy being able to clearly and cleanly see how our properties are performing as well as the breakdown of what ILS are performing best for each asset. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? The constant delays in reporting and loading. It is becoming an issue with the entire company and I am not aware of any improvements in motion. What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The ability to capture tours on missed calls and during off hours. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Spanish is not an option. Reporting can be cleaner. Recommendations to others considering LeaseHawk: Make sure to integrate with you calendar. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to help busy offices and short staffed teams handle and book tours on missed calls.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Leasehawk is super easy to navigate and learn. You can add prospect information in, directly from a call. You can add notes, call summary, anything you need to notate! It makes following up with applicants and residents so easy as well. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Rating system seems inconsistent sometimes. What do you like best about LeaseHawk? LeaseHawk has been great for our luxury apartment community. We inherited this service when we acquired this property, and are very happy that it was in place for us to pick up and use moving forward. We love best that we are able to use different tracking emails and numbers by marketing source, so we can really drill down to where our interested renters are coming from. What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Lease Hawk is simple to use, and easy to maneuver through. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I originally disliked the need to click all users to capture all calls, but that issue was recently resolved. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? We have found that using Lease Hawk has giving us a better handle on prospects.

Standard criteria for every call, and no two calls are ever alike. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving the problem of slowing down and making each call a new experience. Benefiting the prospect and my skills equally.
