What do you like best about LeaseHawk? LeaseHawk makes sure you never miss an important call or message. You can also enter notes for more accurate follow up. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I do not think there is a downside to using LeaseHawk. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefits are easy, accurate follow up to our residents and prospects.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Easy to navigate and user friendly. Has spots to put important info! What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Can time out very easily. There are times it can take forever to load What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking prospects and it’s a great was to stay in touch with residents

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The learning tools it gives us listening back on the calls What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? they are not always scored how they should be. But it is a great learning tool for both. "Consistent and Full if Great Detailed Information"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like how easy it it to maneuver around the web application while at work. It's fairly self intuitive :-) What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I wished the columns were adjustable so you can fit more columns on your Computer Screen. As of now, I cannot do that :-( What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? I really do not have any problems with LeaseHawk. The benefits are endless! You can sort your calls in so many different ways!

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The system is easy to use. I can easily see who is following up, and who is not. With a glance, I can see how many people are in our pipeline, and not just rely on the actual applications we have. Because of this, our follow-up techniques (and abilities!) have improved, which has increased the number of applications we receive and, in turn, increased our occupancy. "Helpful quality control for phone calls"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like being able to pull reporting quick and easy from the Leashawk site. I log in and all the information I could need is at my fingertips. This allows me to review scored calls, and submit disputes to have increased score. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I dislike the response time with disputes. What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like the automated way to set up tours and answer questions, we are a busy two person office and do not always have time to answer every call that comes in. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I didn't find any reason to dislike leasehawk What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? It is beneficial for us because we have less voicemails about tours and leasing information. Answering the leasing questions was very simple
