"Love it!"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? It really allows the user to help train themselves and other. A person can listen to a call to help with training of technical and conversational flow. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Thank you have to remember to put in a code to track your calls What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? "Very user friendly and helps keep all my guest card info together and in one place."

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Customer service is quick and helpful. Able to use from my phone so I can contact residents from there and not my personal number. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? The system is slow to pull up the information. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? lost paperwork is no longer an issue. It imports the info into the system for me so I don't have to do double the work in Onesite.

"CRM Love"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I love LeaseHawk's CRM application. It is user friendly and helps keep all your contacts and communications in one spot. It is also great that it links with my OneSite so I don't have to worry about guest cards. I enjoy being able to see how many calls I've received. It makes me feel a bit better about how much I got done that day. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I hate how there is no "mass" select with CRM. It makes it difficult to get caught up ...

"Not so bad, but it's a bit buggy..."

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like that I can log in and listen to my calls. I have it set that to send my scores to me each week, but it has not been scoring my calls, so I now have to go in manually listen to my calls to make sure that they are being scored correctly. If they aren't then I just send over the call evaluation report to my coworker who is working with LH to get this fixed. Listening to my calls also helps me to improve my grade as well. "User friendly!!"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like the fact LeaseHawk is easy to navigate! What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? The noise it makes when it goes off. It is kind of loud and obnoxious, but it does make it fun and festive, in a cute way. :) What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? I have learned to navigate it well. It does help with the leads. I enjoy it.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? You have the ability to review calls and use as a training tool. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Sometimes the scorers miss points, but are always willing to work with us if we send in a support ticket. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Our teams are asking better questions upfront from our prospects and it is helping to bring in qualified traffic.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Texting feature helps categorize and reach out to residents/prospects/leads/vendors and more! What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? How slow the app is at times. This could be due to the computer maybe? I restart the app several times a day when it freezes. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Benefits are texting is the new communication in the busy seasons.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I love how easy the software is to use and the ability to access on mobile devices. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? One item I do dislike is the speed of the software when I am on phone calls. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Organization of leads. It allows me to categorize leads from important to least important.
