"Really enjoy all the benefits of Hawkeye-reporting timeliness needs work"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? All aspects of the Hawkeye platform is fantastic. I enjoy being able to clearly and cleanly see how our properties are performing as well as the breakdown of what ILS are performing best for each asset. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I think its a great site that could be utilized by different companies depending on their needs What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? There are lots of little tabs, I use the one I need the most. Haven't had the chance to explore the other ones to see what else they offer. What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like that I can set the time frame to run the diagnostics and see what my average percentage is. I try to stay above an 85%. What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Guide's you to set an appointment. Starts with great impression. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? You still can get greaded on calls that are not qualified. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? set lots of appointments, and have solved housing issues for prospective residents.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I love being able to text residents/prospects. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Having to close out each item, instead of closing it out in one click. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Faster communication with residents. I love that calls are recorded for review and training.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Sometimes I need to re-listen to a call, sometimes they are there. I must HAVE a LOT of time to sit and wait for the spinning circle at each call. It's not typical I have that much time, so it has to be REALLY important. Most of the time, it's not that important. We pay a lot each month for this and it does not solve any real issues at all.
