"Easy way to use this program"

What do you like best about Leapsome? The whole app is just so easy to use, It gives me pop-up messages for reminders and messages from my co-workers which does not hinder me especially if I'm on focus mode. What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsome is a very intuitive tool due to its clean and simple design. Anyone can simply start using it without any prior information about the system. It has Goals, Meetings, Feedback and Learning modules. My favourite part as a user is the Meetings functionality. What do you like best about Leapsome? I like the fact that many tools are in one single system. I can arrange my meeting notes, I can give feedback and recognition to me colleagues, I can also set my goals and see my progress. And all that, in 1 single platform! What do you like best about Leapsome? What I love the most is how easy and organized our feedback meetings are now. We have a template that gathers all the relevant aspects that we are evaluating during a feedback meeting and you do not miss a thing now: peer feedback is requested with a deadline and gathered all together, and even an average is calculated, making the whole process incredibly easier than before.
