"I think it's a very useful tool which keeps us organised for our 1:1 meetings or to provide feedback"

What do you like best about Leapsome? Using it for our 1:1s is really good, there's a clear meeting structure and points to talk through. Giving & receiving praise is also very nice - to have it all in one place and be able to see all feedack from all colleagues.
