What do you like best about Leapsome? As mentioned in the title, Leapsome helps me, my colleagues, and my supervisor to stay on top of our OKRs on a regular basis. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Sometimes it isn't easy to find certain sub-items. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? To move away from a clunky OKR tracking structure to a sharp and comparable set of items.

For example, I compiled a list of potential conversation starters and discovered that you could add comments next to each action item generated during a meeting. What do you like best about Leapsome? Goals, reviews and tasks are made easy. The user interface is so friendly and easy to use. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I did not dislike a single thing about using leapsome! What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Setting up surveys, tracking goals and adding reviews for team members.

What do you like best about Leapsome? I live how the Instant feedback works. It is very convenient to use. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I have not encountered something that I dislike yet. Before, we don't have a performance management system, with the organization adapting Leapsome, it's now more convenient to track goals, give and request feedback/praise to coworkers and specially for performance reviews.
