What do you like best about Leapsome? Easy access and good user - interface. Accessibility What do you dislike about Leapsome? Not much. Everything is on good location and can be easily identified. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? There is a default sets of information when providing colleague feedbacks.

What do you like best about Leapsome? It can align, enable and develop employees, including your goals, and performance reviews, get colleagues' feedback and set meetings and learnings. What do you dislike about Leapsome? There is no option to select Managers only. What I've seen is the requester + Manager as an option to select. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? It's helpful for users to measure performance against objectives and goals.

"Useful and private way of handling feedback"

What do you like best about Leapsome? Easy way of getting feedback in a private mode. Only our direct manager, ourselves and the person that gives feedback can see it. What do you dislike about Leapsome? The feedback bar is not very user friendly in my opinion, a percentage for example could be a better way of allowing users to provide feedback. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Leapsome is helping me evolving as a professional by getting feedback in an easy way

What do you like best about Leapsome? It's quite simple to create and fill up goal descriptions. Also great for giving/receiving feedback! What do you dislike about Leapsome? It would be great if there were some pop-up descriptions for every sections such as, what is meant by value under each goal? What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? It's making it simple for us to track our goals and performance. Leapsome is also allowing us to share feedback effectively.

UI can be wonkey at times, updating values on metrics doesn't always sync. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? This gives you a goal that you can work with your manager on.
