What do you like best about Leapsome? I like the fact that you get feedback from people you work with not just your direct superior or your subordinates. People you work with will give you an unbiased review. This to me is more fair than the traditional way of doing performance reviews where only the superior writes about the subordinate. What do you like best about Leapsome? The buttons and features are straightforward. There is no learning curve. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I cannot think of anything, I've only been using it for 2 weeks. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Highlighting opportunities for improvement.

What do you like best about Leapsome? The ability to see everyone's responses to the same question side by side is helpful. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Nothing much! It seems to be reasonably good at encouraging conversation. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? At some companies, getting direct feedback from management that is specific is difficult. Leapsome helps encourage that conversation.

What I like best about Leapsome is how it creates a safe space for everyone that needs feedback or just an appreciation post for a co-worker which helps us boost our confidence.
