"Very easy to navigate and nivce design"

What do you like best about Leapsome? I think it is a great collaborative platform, I'm working for a company present across 3 countries and Leapsome makes it possible for any given position across countries to be evaluated the same way, using the cycle templates. It took me just one call with a colleague to understand how to set-up reviews and get started, most of our employees got onboard with little to no training at all - very user friendly! What do you like best about Leapsome? That it is possible to feeedback see answers next to each other and navigate easily between them. What do you dislike about Leapsome? There not always notifications when somebody has given me a review. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? I am receiving feedback from my peers around the world in distributed work environment.

Currently, one has to open a goal page to set/update the progress.
