"Slick People Management tool"

What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsome allows one to reflect back on their previous goals/feedback/development plans and tie them in planning their next goals/IDPs. Sometimes people tend to forget their "resolutions" or where they started from, and it is very helpful to be able to look back at them and see how far one has come or has yet to go. What do you like best about Leapsome? Simple workflow, easy to navigate, task reminders, integration with slack and email. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Can be more accessible for color blind people (give choice for higher contrast) What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?
