"Intuitive and flexible"

What do you like best about Leapsome? I am using it with my time for the performance evaluation for the second time. The platform has proven to be very useful and powerful. My favorite features are Goals and how we can see the dashboard with different details and also the details shown in the Development profile. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Unfortunately, I still haven't found functionality for the Quick Actions function, and it doesn't seem very intuitive to find out how it works. ...

The interface look-and-feel is great and as a collaborator, I can set and track my goals throughout the year, set 1 on 1 meetings with my manager and see all my performance review tasks easily. What do you like best about Leapsome? 1. Leapsome GUI is very user-friendly. 2. I was particularly impressed with the instant feedback feature. 3. We can edit our review even after submitting it. 4.
