Instead of having to deal with the pain of writing assessments in a word document and sending it back and forth with the team member until it is complete, everything can be done in leapsome. What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsome is a great platform for any busy user with multiple meetings. It allows the user to keep track of even the smallest items that need to be mentioned, and to-do items that may need a reminder. What do you like best about Leapsome? It allows me to finish the assessments in a single place; before that, we usually did it in documents, which gets repetitive and time-consuming. Also, managing reviews is more manageable if everything is done in one tool. It has good integrations with the Microsoft ecosystem, making it convenient and non-intrusive.
