Leapsome is quick and easy to use, there is nothing to dislike about leapsome at the moment. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Leapsome is helping us to have feedbacks, goals and meetings all in one place.

"Intuitive application"

What do you like best about Leapsome? It is user friendly, easy to give feedback to peers and fill assessments. What do you dislike about Leapsome? The meetings are hard to integrate into teams/outlook calendar. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Custom surveys/forms can be easily managed. Peer assessment and self assesments are also helpful and easier to manage. Has variety (assessments/meetings/learning paths/others).

What do you like best about Leapsome? 360 Performance review by our peers- very helpful with the spider chart. Giving Kudos to the teammates is another cool feature. What do you dislike about Leapsome? There are too many questions to cover when bringing peers to do honest peer-to-peer reviews. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Feedbacks are constructive. Strategic goal planning for the individual or the team is also quite useful too. Monitoring of such goals ...

What do you like best about Leapsome? Different levels of feedback - instant and annual. Feedback from different stakeholders unified at one place. A great tool to structure feedback conversations. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Nothing really to think of. So far, so good. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Structured conversations is hard to come by. The templates are super helpful in getting this achieved.

What do you like best about Leapsome? That is very easy to work with the different tasks, features, functions, and categories of the tool.
