"Leapsome is an awsome tool to give instant feedback to colleagues"

What do you like best about Leapsome? I like that it suggest the criteria on which I can give feedback to my team member so I don't have to think much. If I feel something is not there then I can add it in thee comments. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Leapsome does not send automatic notification to my colleagues if they have forgot to send me feedback. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps tp quickly get and provide feedback to colleagues.

What do you like best about Leapsome? User interface is nice and very easy to use. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Ui font seems abit small and light color. Maybe allow theming? What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Meetings and reviews are easily managed on onr platform that is easy to use without any conflicts.

What do you like best about Leapsome? It's incredibly easy to use, and integrates well with our current systems (slack etc), and I love that colleagues can give you praise/shout-outs for the whole company to see What do you dislike about Leapsome? Keeps your performance on track every chosen-number of months, and easily allows for peer feedback

Perfomance evaluation, peer assesment, goals management and based on that, compensation is determined.

What do you like best about Leapsome? It is a great tool for goal setting, tracking and assessment. My manager and I set goals at the beginning of each year and update them quarterly. I like that the platform encourages you to continually go back and update your accomplishments. It helps me stay on track and enables my superiors to easily assess my performance.
