What do you like best about Leapsome? I like to have a platform at work specially dedicated to feedback and organisational development, and also for personal growth. This is quite new for me and I love to have a space and tasks directly dedicated to this, which is super important for any organisation. What do you like best about Leapsome? It's incredibly easy to use, and integrates well with our current systems (slack etc), and I love that colleagues can give you praise/shout-outs for the whole company to see What do you dislike about Leapsome? Keeps your performance on track every chosen-number of months, and easily allows for peer feedback

What do you like best about Leapsome? I enjoyed using leapsome as it allows for easy implementation of goals and suggestions. "Leapsome makes it easy to set, track and assess goals + give and recieve performance feedback"

What do you like best about Leapsome? It is a great tool for goal setting, tracking and assessment. My manager and I set goals at the beginning of each year and update them quarterly. I like that the platform encourages you to continually go back and update your accomplishments. It helps me stay on track and enables my superiors to easily assess my performance. What do you like best about Leapsome? User interface is nice and very easy to use. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Ui font seems abit small and light color. Maybe allow theming? What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Meetings and reviews are easily managed on onr platform that is easy to use without any conflicts.

What do you like best about Leapsome? It has good and timely notifications to both emails and slack. Its very easy to use What do you dislike about Leapsome? I don't have anything that I dislike about it What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Perfomance evaluation, peer assesment, goals management and based on that, compensation is determined.
