What do you like best about Leapsome? Integrations with other HR tools. It's easy to link goals, performance management and learning. What do you dislike about Leapsome? It's not very intuitive when it comes to exporting data from surveys. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Can't think of anything.

What do you like best about Leapsome? - Easy to use: The platform is very easy when setting up. - Help/resources; incase there is doubt there is a very good documentation from Leapsome -Integration: Integration with platform such as Slack helps with easy access and reminders won't be missed. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I was tasked to add goal for a different department. I set up the goal in draft mode, but as soon as I changed the owner the goal disappered from my dashboard. "Easy to use and convenient"

What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsome helps me manage meet topics and follow up on progress. Also, a great tool to document long term growth/goals and projects.
