What do you like best about Leapsome? Probably the most helpful feature of Leapsome is its ease of use. The whole platform is easy to navigate through and fairly intuitive. The homepage gives a simple, but very clear overview of all of your upcoming task, goals, and development profile. As as first time user of Leapsome, I did not find there to be any sort of learning curve. I was able to use it right away without needing much onboarding. Clearly shows the goal and percentage level of completion and also helps to distinctly select peers and other levels of reviews.
