What do you like best about Leapsome? The platform makes it really easy for me to manage my team's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), which I previously had to manage using spreadsheets. I particularly like the ease of use and tool tips across the platform which make onboarding easy for a new user. Lest, I forget the auto-save feature means I never have to worry about losing my data. What do you like best about Leapsome? The OKR's tracking is the most used in our organization. It is a great tool to keep an organization aligned. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I did not experience any downsides, but am also not using all tools. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? We use it mostly to track our OKR's and for our weekly meetings to track goals. It is very easy to use and fulfills the purpose.
