What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsome has provided a structured and easy way to assess the performance of our team. Its different pie chart stats are beneficial. The Goal setting option - both private and public come in handy for setting clear golas for myself and the team and even track it's progress. Also, employees require little to no training to accomplish tasks and find overviews. Non-intuitive way of showing organization chart. It should be easily accessible when looking at other profiles.
