What do you like best about Leapsome? I've read "Measure What Matters" a short while ago. After I heard about OKRs I wanted to implement them and Leapsome helped me a lot! It's great to have your goals in there and track your progress page by page when reading a book or goal by goal when having anything else planned. What do you dislike about Leapsome? What do you like best about Leapsome? You can evaluate your employees as per your organizational goals and value system. I found that the structure of the evaluation was as per the needs of the organization. It provides flexibility to choose the optimum standardization for evaluation. "A great platform with a minimal learning curve"

What do you like best about Leapsome? I like that Leapsome was extremely easy to pick up and use. The UI is very clear and understandable. One of my favorite parts of Leapsome is how much the platform facilitates conversation in our company, from giving and receiving feedback, company surveys, company-wide Q&As, to learning materials for onboardings.
