What do you like best? Easy A/B testing, strong analytics package, and I especially like that they surface events that may have changed as a result of an experiment even if you didn't explicitly identify those as goals for the experiment. What do you dislike? The product is very expensive, and it's not completely straightforward how to exclude/include users in multiple tests.
