What do you like best? I love that Leanplum offers fantastic out-of-the-box parameters, such as Install Date, App Versions, etc, as well as functionalities that make CRM and LiveOps easy to manage. With functionalities such as Optimal Time, our LiveOps team was able to reach out to players when they're most likely to play, thereby avoiding chances of player opt-outs as well as improving CTR. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to bulk upload Push Notifications to the system. ...

What do you like best? Flexibility of running marketing campaigns centred around application data! What do you dislike? Needs some work around mass uploading data such as user attributes. A comprehensive tool, with a high learning cost

What do you like best? The fact that LeanPlum allows you to target customer communication across all channels: emails, push and in-app messages. What do you dislike? The fact that LeanPlum is hard to operate: it requires a high learning cost, and the skill is difficult to convert in your future career (unless you just become a LeanPlum specialist, which is an expensive and unlikely decision). What do you like best? Overall very good, the platform is user-oriented and the data breakdown by country, version etc. on dashboard is one of the best feature. Feature rich but needs some work

What do you like best? Leanplum can do a lot of different things such as analytics, A/B testing, push notifications, emails. Once you understand how to use each of these features well enough, it's pretty easy. The iOS SDK works well and I have not noticed it causing issues or slowing down the app. What do you dislike?
