What do you like best? I love that Leanplum offers fantastic out-of-the-box parameters, such as Install Date, App Versions, etc, as well as functionalities that make CRM and LiveOps easy to manage. With functionalities such as Optimal Time, our LiveOps team was able to reach out to players when they're most likely to play, thereby avoiding chances of player opt-outs as well as improving CTR. What do you like best? Overall very good, the platform is user-oriented and the data breakdown by country, version etc. on dashboard is one of the best feature. Feature rich but needs some work

What do you like best? Leanplum can do a lot of different things such as analytics, A/B testing, push notifications, emails. Once you understand how to use each of these features well enough, it's pretty easy. The iOS SDK works well and I have not noticed it causing issues or slowing down the app. What do you dislike?
