They are rude and absolutely inconsiderate. Robotic live chat come across helpful but they're not. They're really rude and impatient Any they close the chat when they please. Deidra Stark has closed the chat.

What do you like best? I'm able to see new clients that sign up. I am commissioned based on new clients, and it's the easiest place to see what clients have signed up that I have personally dealt with!

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible: Support Does Not Exist

Support is nonexistent. Literally nowhere to be found. Do not write them and ever expect a response. You can write them 10+ times, politely and over the course of a month and they won't respond. This company by far provides the worst customer service I have ever seen online.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. My account is inactive for over a week now because they have an issue with their payment system and their support is literally inexistant. They promised to fix the issue few days ago and my account is still inactive, my affiliates cannot run marketing campaigns basically. I thought it's just me that have issue with the company, but it looks like a lot of people are unhappy with this . Will move from them ASAP.

What do you like best? The platform was promising, because it offers multilevel marketing and integrations with Chargebee which was what I needed.

Something is wrong here

Something is wrong here? I just signed up and today I got 10 sales, but, can't see the money in my merchant account. So, I contacted customer service two days ago, no response. It gets worse... I contacted the buyers of my products and they said they never bought anything? What's up? Did they take my existing buyers and recharge their card? What's up? As a rule. I don't deal with companies that don't have phone numbers and you can't reach via chat, phone or email. I would avoid this company.

if it running its fine, the minute there is a problem they ignore you. This bad customer support may even cause our agents side of the business to fold not good at all

I like it a lot

I like the simple design. It is easy to sign up and free. I also enjoy discovering new shops and it is a great resource to be found too by them for collaborations. Most have high affiliate commissions so it is a win-win situation. Overall, the dashboard is intuitive. causing no confusions in its usage.
