I used Lead Dyno to generate links for an affiliate launch I was doing. I was very happy with their services. The set up was super simple and easy to do. The customer service was outstanding. When we had questions they got back to us right away and were thorough with their response. I definitely recommend them!

LeadDyno was incredibly easy to set up. I was surprised by how simple and easy it was to customize the product to work the way we needed it to. Also, incredible customer service was there to walk me through implementation whenever I needed help.

I followed LeadDyno documentation to setup custom domain name for our affiliate link, but it did not work for me. The documentation is thorough. I am not super experienced in DNS settings, so clearly I was doing something wrong. When I reached out to LeadDyno support, Marcel from their team contacted me with detailed instructions on how to fix the issue. What do you like best? LeadDyno is a simple to use product. I have enjoy using it to expand our business' reach. Easy to use, easy to track payments, traffic sources and to use.

Awful support, fake live chat profiles pretend to help and promise replies to my support request that never arrive.

Customer service is a joke

Customer service is a joke. The live chat was in a hurry to end the conversation and pass me off to an uninformative FAQ page, then passed me off to a rep for a phone call that I had to schedule. Once I got on the phone and reexplained my question that rep couldn't help me and passed me off to a 3rd person. I was literally asking a question about how their platform works. In the last 30 days, we're paying for the highest traffic package. If their treating their biggest customers like this, ...
