Lead Forensics is a Solid Detective for you Web Site

What do you like best? I like that it seems to pick up visits very accurately compared to other tools and has the ability to integration with our Zoho CRM. What do you dislike? The learning curve takes a bit of time and it's expensive - worth it if it's getting results but 3x what I'm paying for any other subscription-based tool. What do you like best? I like that it seems to pick up visits very accurately compared to other tools and has the ability to integration with our Zoho CRM. What do you dislike? Lead Forensics is a bare bones product that gives sales teams almost nothing for a high price

What do you like best? The visuals of the website look nice.... What do you dislike? Almost everything. The feature to classify people who visit your website doesn't work well. The Latest Visits tab is loaded down with generic classifications of locations because if your customer or potential leads are using a server that is not housed locally it will show generic state department type visits. The report feature does nothing. There is no way to see who actually visited your website ...

Fine for a reverse IP lookup tool, but better products for same price

What do you like best? The tool does what it says - it looks up the IP addresses of your website visitors and identifies the companies. What do you dislike? The price is steep considering that they have no mechanism in place to identify individual visitors. Being locked into an annual contract is obnoxious as well.
